I’ve been asked numerous times over the years, how do I generate so much speed in the weights?
Well, it’s very simple; you need to apply Newton’s first law, law of motion, “Inertia” in the mix to fully understand how energy is generated in the weight throws. Inertia is created by working continuously as one with the implement to increase its linier velocity, so in order to become one, we must first understand angles and body kinetic awareness.
