The grip is as important as anything in armwrestling. There are 2 variations: the wrapped thumb and the standard grip. If you are a top roller I suggest the wrapped thumb. 2009 Triple Crown of Armwrestling

The 2009 Armwrestling Triple Crown is set to kick off May 16-17, with the USAA National Pro-Am in Lake Tahoe, NV. WAF World Armwrestling Championships Come to BC

The World Armwrestling Federation will present the 30th annual World Armwrestling Championships in Kelowna BC, Canada. The event will be held at the Grand Okanagan Lakefront Resort & Conference Centre and will be telecast live and at no cost. Hundreds of athletes will compete in both individual and team competition in over a hundred classes. The competition kicks off with on December 2nd with weigh-ins.
