Poundstone Bests The Competition and Sets World Record In The Process

Kokylaev maintained the lead through the first session of the second day of competition at the Arnold Classic Strongman Contest. The athletes started with the Stone lift. This year, the event coordinators upped the ante yet again, and had the athletes attempt at 529lb. monolith, which would be a new world record. This stone was not to be loaded onto a box, but over a bar, which also happened to be the cross-bar of the monster-sized Yoke waiting in the wings.
